Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the customrflow platform (hereinafter “Platform”), provided by customrflow, and all associated services, including but not limited to:

• Marketing analytics and ad performance tracking
• CRM system (contact management, pipelines, deals)
• Appointment scheduling and online booking system
• Google Calendar synchronization
• Email notifications and reminders
• Form builder and lead capture
• Website and landing page builder
• Chatbot integration and AI features
• Point of Sale (POS), online ordering and table reservations
• Financial management, invoicing and DATEV export
• Third-party integrations (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)

By registering and using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

The provider of the Platform is:

Registration is required to use the Platform. You are obligated to provide truthful and complete information. Each user is responsible for the security of their login credentials.

A user account is tied to an organization. Multiple locations can be managed within an organization. The organization owner can grant access to additional users.

The Platform provides the following core features:

The user agrees to:

• use the Platform only in accordance with applicable laws
• not upload content that violates applicable law
• keep login credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized access
• not misuse the Platform (e.g., spam, automated mass requests)
• enter accurate customer contact information when using the booking feature
• comply with the respective terms of third-party integrations
• use tracking pixels and cookies in compliance with data protection regulations

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.

Automated processes run at regular intervals and may be delayed in case of disruptions.

The Platform enables connection to third-party services. The respective terms and privacy policies of these third parties apply.

Access tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and automatically renewed.

We assume no liability for outages, changes, or restrictions on the part of third-party providers.

All rights to the Platform belong to customrflow. Use does not grant ownership or license rights to the software itself.

Content created by the user remains the property of the user.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk. We are not liable for:

• Data loss caused by improper use
• Damages caused by faulty third-party integrations
• Lost profits or indirect damages
• Interruptions due to force majeure or technical failures

This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

The user may terminate their account at any time. After termination, personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations of these Terms.
